Brown sugar is easy to make if you have molasses! To make light brown sugar, blend 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 TBSP of mild molasses. To make dark brown sugar (LOVE), use 2 TBSP of molasses. Blackstrap molasses is my favorite!
