I've implemented several chore systems over the years, always using inspiration from others. This year I created our own "clean 15" where I call the kids in , tell them the areas we're working on (ie, hall bath, clean out van, detail kitchen) and we set the time timer for 15 minutes and put on some peppy music. This allows me to pay attention to the dirtiest parts of the home whenever the need arises and as FlyLady taught us "you can do anything for 15 minutes!" It really becomes a good chunk of time and even the littles love to dust everywhere in the chosen areas of the day.

I'd love to hear how others manage their chores- with or without kids in the house:)
